Our aloe vera is grown in Latin America, where the product is purchased in compliance with fair trade standards to help support improved living and working conditions for local producers.
Cultivated and harvested by hand, the aloe vera selected by SO'BiO étic® comes from a sustainable chain, which means that they have a period of soil regeneration after 5 to 7 years of leaf harvesting. Indeed, all the plants of aloe vera are torn off to allow the soil to regenerate, thanks to the cultivation of legumes, before planting aloe vera again.
INNOVATION : SO’BiO étic® has selected pure juice extracted directly from the heart of fresh leaves of aloe berbadensis, in order to preserve the rich content in active ingredients. The juice preserves all of the active ingredients contained in aloe vera (no less than 55 components) which is not the case for the freeze-dried aloe vera powder currently used in cosmetics.
